Mariano Fortuny for Palluco Italia, Photographer Lamp in Original Black
In 1907, the Pallucco Fortuny Floor LED Lamp emerged as a technical lighting solution for theater productions, and has since been re-released as a dramatic floor fixture that has stood the test of time. The highly inventive design has permeated visual arts industries for over a century, standing as a familiar object as well as functional light source that could easily be found in a photographer’s studio. The broad adjustable shade and tripod base aim comfortably diffused indirect light, while an interior reflector hides the bulb (or integrated LED source) from view. Since 1982, the Italian lighting design company Pallucco has designed modern lighting fixtures with the philosophy of having "art prevail over design." As such, through the collaborative efforts of an international network of designers—all of whom share a common interest in creating aesthetically inspiring lighting—the collection embodies functional and sustainable design with timeless artistic value.Mariano Fortuny for Palluco Italia
